Well, in that case, I have Carla, my Marowak. She's already at Level 100. [Jet, too, and Arnook not too far off from level 50, but both boys need training first.] And I'll work with my Lapras to bring her back up, too.

When they're trained up, head for Olivine or take the train to Saffron and get to Celadon. Goldenrod had at least one base Team Rocket was working out of, so it's not safe to stay there for long anymore.
