[At some point in the future, she'll have to mention that if he gets caught, she'll try to pull him out of trouble. But for now...well. For now there's other matters to attend to.]

If it's meant to track them and you can't get them out, it would be. Especially if the police somehow know and are watching for any Pokemon with a chip. The last thing you need when you're being hunted is to end up stuck somewhere and not be able to get out.

Speaking of locations, I forgot to mention one last thing. Apparently the person in charge of the device will be going to Ecruteak to study. Apparently he's already planning on traveling and studying the next types.
