I guess it doesn't matter how you heard about it. Those incidents were easily rectified, so I fail to see why they should count. My bomb attack failed, but I easily managed to elude capture. My property was stolen, easily recovered, and will not be stolen again. I would hardly consider any of these to be me getting burned, or at least not burned to a point worth mentioning.
