[Hi, Johto. Hope you don't mind whatever you're doing around noon getting interuppted, because it's going to, by a woman with pink hair. Some of you may recognize her and the boy writing on paper behind her, others may not. It doesn't matter, either way. You'll know them soon enough; some of you better than others. It's hard to make out what Ven's writing, but the papers beside him are covered in Lightning's handwriting. What can be seen of them seems to be some kind of list, though it doesn't say for what it's meant for. No, that would be too easy. Especially since she's going to explain.]

We've got enough to start with. Anyone who's doing something about Team Rocket, get to Goldenrod by next Saturday.

[Or perhaps not explain. Because with that said, she moves to end the feed before something Ven is writing gets her attention and she frowns a bit deeper than normal.]
That's just asking for trouble, Ven.

[He glances up at her when she says that, but she cuts the feed before anything can be said. Sorry, people. No secrets for you guys yet.]

[ooc: for those of you involved in the Anti-Team Rocket Squads, consider this the start of things. :3 For those of you who need CR, feel free to comment and consider yourselves ICly included. Also, Ven may be tagging into threads. Mingle at your discretion~]

You're risking sabotaging any operation before it begins. There is a definite risk that someone could sign up, become a trusted member party to many secrets only to feed them back to Team Rocket.

[It's okay, England can take it :| Probably XD]

You're still doing it so I do rather wonder. It's like dropping a bunch of leaflets all across a country you're at with saying 'Oh, by the way, we're going to attack at these coordinates at precisely this time. See you there chaps.'

As it is, you're risking never knowing your true numbers and overestimation is a rather large vulnerability.

[Understandable. England does like complaining about things. He also likes running successful spy networks.]

Surely you have people whom you trust implicitly? People who have proven themselves as enemies of Team Rocket and who you have had enough contact with to notice any potentially strange behaviour. You begin with them.

You don't win a war by giving away all you know.

Then why start now?

They know you're onto them. They'll be twice as suspicious and you have little to no chance of getting anyone into their ranks now.

They're hardly invading neighbouring countries. Now that's how you prove you own a place.

[He turns more serious.]
People in New Bark Town need to be assisted immediately. They'll feel more kindly towards your cause rather than ambivalent. If you don't have stealth, then you need numbers.

You could do worse than attempting to get records of previous rocket attacks. I fear that the police force are woefully inept here, but even they must have records. You need to ask people who have been involved for whatever details they remember. Perhaps they recall faces or names. But it needs to be done in a controlled manner, not piecemiel. Is there a particular area where Rocket attacks seem to be concentrated? Particular days or times?

I have to wonder about the efficacy of using psychic Pokemon to pass on messages. Failing that, some manner of code to obscure more delicate details, with people being allowed access to the code once they have been vetted.
