What can be seen of them seems to be some kind of list, though it doesn't say for what it's meant for. No, that would be too easy. Especially since she's going to explain.]

Making an announcement and actually leading people are two different things, Sora. Anyone can give a speech, but keeping people out of trouble and unhurt? That's different.
