There was a casualty to the bombing yesterday. A boy named Danny Fenton was mailed a bomb, and Cobra Commander has threatened to take us out for getting in his way. He doesn't know the Corps exists, but be on your guard regardless. Don't handle anything suspicious and avoid traveling alone at all costs until we can deal with him and whoever else he may be working with. Avoid mentioning us in public, as well. We'll need every advantage we can get for as long as we have it.
[Audio; Filtered to: Leon, Hope, Serah, and Ven.]
We should leave the city before something else can happen. Are you ready to get moving?
[Action for Violet City Inn, Room 221]
[Anyone who seeks Lightning out today will find her in her room at the Inn, flitting between a pad of paper on the desk and the bag she's packing. The paper is covered with notes that are easy to read and the bag is smartly packed, so it's a sharp contrast to Lightning who looks a bit...frazzled in comparison to her normal self. Someone seems just a bit out of her element for some reason.]

The same way we get in touch with anyone else, but there's no way to be sure if the line is secure and we won't blow their cover by doing it. I doubt Team Rocket handles traitors with a light touch.
[audio, private]
I think you're right about that.
[Man, this could be tricky.]
Is there any way to signal them? A code word you agreed on before they went undercover?
[audio, private]
There wasn't any time to come up with that. They were already in Team Rocket when we founded the Corps, so they couldn't stay to be handled properly without someone catching onto something.
[audio, private]
Have they been in Team Rocket since their arrival?
[audio, private]
I think so. We would have heard something by now if Team Rocket was recruiting people after they arrived.
[audio, private]
[Asking all the questions now, yeah.]

[And his notes were, sadly, not that extensive. She can't fault Merlin for it, but now...now it's annoying.]

[He says it mostly to confirm it, as he resumes thinking out loud.]
I think our best bet would be to try to adress them openly and urge them to get back to us as soon as they can, in any way possible.
[audio, private]
[A moment of silence afterwards as she tries to think of a way to do that, but there's a slight issue.]
The only question would be how to do it without arising any suspicions. I get the feeling that some people are already being watched to see if they're threats to Team Rocket's goals.
[And Etro knows she's already painting a target on her own back, so who's to say others haven't done the same?]

[This guy was the ~inspiring leader~ back home, pretty much.]
[audio, private]
[Hopefully he still can be. Because this...may get messy.]
