Yeah, I saw it. Had a talk with one of the people who did it. [Snort] If you can call talking to someone who won't show their face a talk.

We might be able to get an ID on the person who broadcasted that video.

How sure of that are you? They seemed to know how to cover their tracks.

The person who told me this seems confident and I have no reason to believe they would lie.

In short, they have his Gear number, but no name attached to it. If he makes a careless broadcast we can pin it to him.

And what do they want for this information? I don't think anyone would give something that important up for free.

They are aware of my involvement with the resistance group and seem just as concerned about the Rockets as we are.

[Definitely not passing it up, but taking it with a grain of salt. For all Lightning knows, this person could be inside Team Rocket and trying to get the resistance out of the picture.]

Does this person have a name? I think we've all had enough of dealing with anonymous faces for a while.

[Coop's first instinct is a good one, but Lightning is glad he can trust her judgement for the moment. Should this informant prove that she's not leading them into a trap, Lightning will ease up a bit. Until then, she's got too many people riding on her decisions to just blindly trust anything.]

Keep an eye on her, all right? We'll have to wait and see if her intel's any good, but it can't hurt to see what kind of person she is.

Nine of my Pokémon have maxed out their levels. Three are in the 90s, and one is in the 80s. They all listen to me during battles.

Hi, um, I'm still kind of new to this voice mail stuff. My name is Katara, and I think we have a mutual friend, Lacus? She suggested that I get in contact with you to see if I could help with the... the problems that have been going on.

[ She doesn't know how to lock a post and she's not sure... if she really should be secretive about this yet. She hasn't been given any details. None the less she's definitely convicted. ]

I'd like to do whatever I can to help stop Team Rocket.

[While Lightning wouldn't call Lacus a friend in any sense of the word, she is an ally. An ally that's apparently already recruiting, and when Lightning responds, the reply is locked to just herself and Katara. No sense in taking chances anymore.]

Can you fight? How strong is your team?

I can. [ It won't be so easy without her bending, but Ed taught her while he was there so you'd better believe she plans to use that. ]
