[Hello, Johto; it's thankfully later than the last time this feed came on, but much noisier. The hustle and bustle of a Pokémon Center is pretty recognizable, as is Lightning's face as she prepares to speak; someone's got a phone call to make, only...there's a problem.]
"Excuse me. Miss Lightning Farron?"
Yeah. What is it?
"This arrived for you from a Mr. Hope Estheim this morning."
[The nurse wanders off, having delivered her package, and this leaves Lightning standing in the center of the lobby, gear still recording as it pings, recognizing the ball and the creature within as Alexander, Hope's Blastoise. Anyone watching will see her face change from surprise as she realizes that to resignation as there's no response other than the pre-recorded message that the number is disconnected when she tries to call her lil' bro. The message doesn't even end before her face falls, and she ends the feed.
However, about ten minutes later, there's a little text hitting the network. This is...familiar. Too familiar. Too painful, yet again, for her to say this face to face.]
Hope's gone home again.
[Yeeeep. Definitely familiar. She's going to be a hermit for a while this time, too. At least she's got a hotel room this time. Even if it's shared.]
