013 [Video/Action for Goldenrod Pokemon Center]

[It's known to quite a few people that Lightning has been sleeping for a week now. What isn't quite as well known, however, is that her Lucario hasn't left her room no matter which human is at her side. So when the gear clicks on to show Lightning still sound asleep, there's the edge of a black paw on the feed. That pretty much clenches who's recording this.

Recording what, you may ask? Well, just watch the human on the bed as she slowly comes back to the world of Johto. She blinks for a bit, obviously still half asleep, before she slowly raises a hand to her forehead.]

Fal'Cie...

[And, before she can say anything else, Lightning is tackled by her Lucario. Over the happy yips and other noises he's making, the sound of the gear clattering to the ground isn't heard by anyone in the room.]

[He's been dozing off quite a bit lately. You cant blame him, he's been doing all-nighters and short naps.

But at the first sound of noise he jerks up in his hair, the legs hitting the floor as he jumps and looks around for any suspicious activity. Needless to say, the only suspicious activity is Sen on the bed with--]

[She can't blame him at all, really. She's too busy trying to get Sen off of her so she can try and sit up. But that's not working so well, so when Hope speaks, she jolts and turns to look at him. For a moment raw relief and something else show on her face before she smiles softly.]

[Cecil was taking a pause from calling the same number over and over again when he happened to catch the tail end of that particular video.]

...Someone certainly seems quite happy to see you awake.

[It takes her a few minutes to get Sen off of her and then to get off her bed to grab the gear, but that's a nod. Clingy Lucario is still clinging to her arm.]

Yeah. Seems that way.

[A momentary pause, then she sighs and shakes her head. There's no real way to ask this, is there?]

[It takes her a few minutes to get free of her Lucario and to grab the gear, but have an iconface, Squall. She vaguely remembers you.]

[ Rise's on her way back, all bundled up and having a hard time holding onto her gear when something registers as--

It's going to be a bit belated, but sooner or later, there's an idol sprinting into the room and throwing herself at the bed's occupant without really thinking about possible damage. Sorry if she hits you in the process, Sen. ]

[Because it's a bit belated, Sen has had the chance to move and not end up caught in the hug. He's just barking happily as Lightning gets bowled over by that hug. It takes a moment, but she does wrap her arms around Rise. Is she holding on tighter than normal? Yes. She is.]

M-Mm..? [Serah stirs from the roll out bed next to Lightning's as she hears very loud noises. Eventually, she comes to and sits up, looking around.]

Light.. it's you.. [She says this sleepily, rubbing her eyes.]

[wait. Light. She was up. After a moment, Serah realizes this and her eyes immediately widen.] L-Light?! Y-You're.. you're awake!

[ He's out--five minutes, dammit, five minutes--and grabbing a snack and some lemonade at a vending machine when Strike comes to fetch him. He takes one look at her and they're off, not running (it's still a hospital) but walking very, very quickly to their destination.

He stands in the doorway, a bit breathless, eyes wide, mixed nuts and lemonade in one limp hand. After a long silence, it occurs to him to talk. ]

You hungry?

[ ...oh hey look, convenient nuts. He slowly pads towards the bed, setting them down on the bedside table. ]

[When Strike and Leon appear in the doorway, Sen all but leaps off of Lightning and onto Sen, yipping happily. His Trainer's awake! His Trainer's awake!

While that's going on, Lightning is just...looking ridiculously relieved before she shakes her head, sitting up slowly.]

No. I'm fine. [Not. But she is very glad to see him again for some reason she can't quite figure out.]

[It takes a bit for her to get the gear, but when the feed turns on, Sen is clinging to Lightning's arm and seeming for all the worlds to be a very happy overgrown puppy.]

[At that unfamiliar voice, Sen the Lucario backs off in time for Lightning to get hugged by Vanille. Have that same Lucario giving you a sniffing while Lightning slloooowwwwlly hugs you back, Vanille. Who you?]

[Right when he sees that video, Sazh runs over to Lightning's room and opens the door. Normally, he can contain his excitement better but... he really wasn't expecting Lightning to wake up anytime soon at this point.]

[And neither was her Lucario; she's having trouble getting him off of her before Sazh opens the door and he turns to examine this new person. This allows her to sit up, and she seems...almost relieved.]
