When you've been in this world long enough to see and do everything it has to offer, what's left? How do you spend the rest of your time here when there's nothing left to do?

Such as? Getting the badges is useless, and there's only so much training a team can handle before they won't learn anything else from it. Getting home by choice is also impossible, so what's left to do?

spending time with friends learning about this world
trying to do new things
i will admit this world might be "smaller" than some of us are used to but i think possibilities are only as limiting as you see them to be!

Maybe, but that still leaves you with the problem of what to do if you've already learned everything that you can make use of in this place. Learning how to get through Mt. Moon in under three days is one thing. Learning every fairy tale in every library is another, and I don't I have to say which one's more useful.

Even if you see every possibility, a small world is still a small world. Eventually you're going to hit a wall. What do you do then is what I'm asking.

[Or rather, what do you do when you have no reason to fight anymore? No real reason to do anything but live a simple life on a beach somewhere. What then? She can't figure it out and it's driving her nuts.]

i suppose i just dont see that happening
regardless of anything else there are people here i want to speak with and get to know
i dont mind how big or small the world is or seems to be so long as that holds true
but i suppose i am just very happy to be here and alive

I guess you're one of the optimistic ones, then. Good for you.

A little advice from someone who's been here longer than a year? Get to know those people fast. They may disappear at any time and you'll run out of chances before you know it.

Then you definitely still have your optimism. Good luck keeping it much longer when the people you want to know start disappearing before you get to know them and you get left behind every single time.

though you should perhaps work on how you convey them to others
