006 [Accidental Video/Action for Goldenrod]

[The feed opens to a field of white this afternoon. It looks like one of Goldenrods mostly empty streets, with one exception.

The sound of hooves.

Has Santa and his herd of Stantler come early this year? Nope, it's just....ODIN!? He's not so little anymore, that's for sure. If anything, he seems to be tall as Lightning now, with a horn sprouting from his forehead and fire all down his back instead of just his mane and tail.

And speaking of Lightning...if you can see past the camera's gentle bobbing, you'll see she's riding him, attempting to get a feel for how different this is from a Chocobo. No saddle, no reins. Just her and her horse, in the empty streets of Goldenrod.

Up until she notices the Gear is on, though. Have a ghostly laugh, Route. Seems her Gastly got into her things again.]

Oh, give me that. Should name you Fang or something.

[And with that, the feed clicks off. Anyone wants to run into these three? They'll be in the streets for a while.]

[ Rise hasn't budged from watching over Ven, not since they finally got him to the Center. And there isn't much that's going to MAKE her budge (sans someone dragging her out of there), but the sight of a big flaming unicorn's enough to give her pause. ]

[Lightning hadn't been able to stay and know she could do nothing, so out she came. Which was why Odin was suddenly so much bigger. Have a whinny in response, Rise. See? His voice is deeper, too!]

[ Lightning has more sensibility than Rise's got in these situations, really. But she does muster a smile, because it's Odin. ]

[What she has is a sad deal more of experience with fallen comrades. Though she can't help but chuckle a little at Rise's comment.]

He's something, alright. [Aw, was that a snort from the horse? Yes, because Gastly starts to laugh a moment later.]

[ it's almost like being with Nanako, but at least she woke up every now and then. The fretting, the fretting. ]

He definitely got a lot bigger.

[The fretting which solves nothing, and doesn't make him wake up any sooner. At least like this Lightning won't punch the next nurse who says they don't know what's wrong.]

Nearly twice as big as he was before. Should make getting around a lot easier.

[ Rise's got an idea about it, thanks to talking to Ven before he went all comafied on her, but she's not exactly comforted by it. Nor is she willing to leave him alone.

[Which is completely understandable. If it was Hope in there, Lightning wouldn't have left, either.

...and she'll bring him around to the front of the center if Rise steps out for air. She'll get her unicorn hugs yet.]

Been riding him for about an hour now. He hasn't thrown me off yet.
