006 [Accidental Video/Action for Goldenrod]

[The feed opens to a field of white this afternoon. It looks like one of Goldenrods mostly empty streets, with one exception.

The sound of hooves.

Has Santa and his herd of Stantler come early this year? Nope, it's just....ODIN!? He's not so little anymore, that's for sure. If anything, he seems to be tall as Lightning now, with a horn sprouting from his forehead and fire all down his back instead of just his mane and tail.

And speaking of Lightning...if you can see past the camera's gentle bobbing, you'll see she's riding him, attempting to get a feel for how different this is from a Chocobo. No saddle, no reins. Just her and her horse, in the empty streets of Goldenrod.

Up until she notices the Gear is on, though. Have a ghostly laugh, Route. Seems her Gastly got into her things again.]

Oh, give me that. Should name you Fang or something.

[And with that, the feed clicks off. Anyone wants to run into these three? They'll be in the streets for a while.]

It must be awesome that it's all evolved and stuff. [To her Zubat, floating around her.] When will you guys evolve, huh?

And I like the name Odin. I used to have a summon materia with that name! I can see how it's fitting!

[One moment, checking the Pokedex.] You might be able to catch a Ponyta somewhere in this place. That's what he used to be.

[Awesome? Oh, yes it is. Makes getting around the snow sooooo much easier for both of them. Have a short whinny from the horse, Yuffie. He likes you!]

It was the name of my summon back home. [Pat on the neck for this Odin, though.]

[She laughs and waves! She likes Odin too! It looks fun to ride on and totally badass! Zubat makes a startled noise though. He's doesn't like strangers.]

You had summons back home too? That's neat!

Hmmm, Ponyta. I'll have to keep that one in mind. He looks warm too!

Only a few people could actually call them, but yeah. We had summons.

He is. Good for starting campfires, too. [Among many other things she will not say because she is not a sap like Leon.]

[ZuZu peers from behind Yuffie. The fire horsey is kind of scary.]

Back home anybody who had the Odin Materia could call Odin, but it was a rare find-- and Cloud took it from me!-- and not everyone is skilled at using Materia like I am.


Ooooh, campfires! I'll bet. Kinda glad we have Mosey and Glitter around for things like that. My Poekees are kinda useless. [But Leon wuvs his poekees or smth]

[ZuZu's shy. He's just gotten used to Aerith and Maria. But maybe giant fiery horseys aren't so bad....? There's a tentative greeting there.]

Yup! Not many people had 'em though. Nor had any use for 'em. Unless they were jerks. Materia allows people to use magic and summons and stuff. There's a whole science to it, but it's kinda boring. [And practically the only science Yuffie knows]

[Here she's just going to sigh at you. SIGH.] Yeeeaaaaaahhhh, that's what Leon keeps telling me.

Science, huh. Not where I'm from. [But...could it be the same on her world? No one knows, with how they fear and hate l'Cie and the magic that came with them.]
