Isaac McDougal; he'll likely insist that we're friends, if you ask about our connection. In reality, we're...rather closer than that; it's something that I keep private, and I've asked him to do the same, though it's all right if you let him know that you're aware.

He requires a bit of patience to speak to; he has some...social difficulties, you might say, though I would prefer it not be mentioned that I told you that.

I'll keep it in mind, but I doubt it'll come up. That's your business; it has nothing to do with the rest of us.

[She'll keep a closer eye on this Isaac character, of course, to be sure he doesn't spill secrets to Kimblee without her okay, but it really is their business otherwise. She doesn't need to pry into it.]

Understandable. I'll be waiting for his call. [not so much that she does nothing else, but still. Also, that's a slight pause and though he can't see it, she's frowning deeply. Why is she getting a bad feeling about this?]

Should I be concerned about what that something is? [Yeah no. Doesn't trust you as far as she could throw you. Sorry, man. Surely you can understand, yes?]

Only if you're fundamentally offended by the holidays. While I understand that you prefer to be seen as a professional and a soldier first and foremost, Miss Farron, I don't believe it's a crime to treat you as a person from time to time as well.
